Offshore development and testing, in the name of global delivery model, is a
fact of life in many IT project these days. It is a growing multi-billion
industry. While the benefits of offshore outsourced service are real and high
but so as the failure rate. Knowing the secret of success in an offshore project

SPEAKER'S BIO:
Edwin is a Specialist in Deloitte Inc, a global business and technology
consultancy. He is one of the active members in the Firm’s Quality Assurance
Practice. Over the years, Edwin has been in a QA Lead position in a variety of
large scale implementation projects in different industries including
telecommunications and financial services. Edwin is also experienced in the
HP/Mercury Interactive tools Quality Center (Test Director), QuickTest
Professional (QTP), and LoadRunner. His credentials include CSTE (Certified
Software Tester) from Quality Assurance Institute (QAI) and the Foundation
Certificate in IT Service Management (ITL).
