BIOS: Carol Cruise With 32 years of IT experience, Carol Cruise manages the Global Testing Organization Canada at EDS. She provides expertise and leadership in test consulting, particularly in the areas of testing assessment and strategy, and plays a key role in testing process improvement initiatives. Carol has the CSTE and Competent Toastmaster designation from Toastmaster's International. Gary Johnson With 32 years of involvement in the development of IT solutions and 17 years of testing experience, Gary Johnson is a Senior Testing Consultant with EDS. Gary has played a key role in combining EDS experience with the QAI's approach to develop tools and techniques for use in creating test strategies. In the practical area he has created test strategies for several major clients. Gary is a Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE).
